Based on the stochastic equations of elasticity of a multicomponent composite material, the principles of modeling and models of an interfacial surface with defects on the interfacial surface in a composite material are developed, an algorithm is developed for predicting the effective elastic properties of granular composite materials with defects on the interfacial surface, as well as a model of deformation of the electroelastic material during contact interaction with a rigid base containing the recess of the elliptical section. The influence of the bulk content of the filler and interfacial layer defects on the effective properties of the granular composite material is investigated.
