Object of research - information computer technologies in the activity of modern higher educational institution. The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for the administration of the university to improve the educational process. Methodology of the study - a survey of teacher of higher education, using information technology in teaching; Testing students who use innovative teaching technology; analysis of information received. The analysis of existing innovative computer and information technologies is carried out. The directions of application of information technologies in providing of educational process are investigated. A mathematical model for implementing computer technology into the learning process, and a cloud-based educational system based on Google Apps for Work, Google. The singular influence of the information received due to innovative technologies on the educational process is determined. Recommendations for the administration of the university concerning the use of computer information technologies in its activities have been developed and proposed.
