Podgorny Institute of Mechanical Engineering Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  The processes of control of high-speed technological equipment with CNC at forming of details of power machines were investigated The spline interpolator of the CNC system was created to ensure the accuracy and speed of forming, due ensuring the smoothness of changing the kinematic parameters of the instrument's motion along the smooth curvilinear trajectory of high-speed processing, taking into account allowable values of speed, acceleration and jerk. The urgency of the work is due to the necessity of ensuring the smooth operation of the mechatronic drives of the working bodies of high-speed equipment with a CNC, taking into account the maximum permissible values of the kinematic parameters of motion. Existing CNC systems require modernization because they do not provide the necessary level of productivity, surface quality and precision of positioning of the tool. During the implementation of the resarsh, the following basic and applied problems were solved: - the requirements formulated were for models of production facilities, to the trajectories of movement of the formative tool; - the algorithm of the transformation of the standard piecewise linear-circular trajectory of forming into a smooth spline function is created; - the method of adaptive contour speed planning is developed taking into account the curvature of the trajectory and the permissible values of speed, acceleration and jerk of each equipment occasion. Scope - production, repair and technical maintenance of machines and equipment. Research methods are the theory of spline functions, the theory of control, analytic and differential geometry.
