The purpose of the study is the empirical study of the dynamics of student development in the modern educational environment. Understanding intellectual-personal resource as a system integral phenomenon in its empirical study requires the transition from traditional methods of one-dimensional statistics to multidimensional data analysis techniques, which takes into account the internal latent interconnections and interdependence of parameters whose influence is hidden from direct fixation and observation. These requirements correspond to the method of modeling by linear structural equations. An empirically verified structural model of the growth of the intellectual-personal resource of the subject of educational activity. Two interconnected substructures - intellectual and personal, and self-regulatory functions of the subject - are the function of understanding the situation, the function of self-determination, the function of the goal realization and the function of resistance to adverse internal and external circumstances that coincide with the three types of situations - uncertainty, achievement and pressure . The dynamics of growth of intellectual-personal resource, as an important precondition for self-regulation of the subject, is revealed during the four stages, which is manifested in the following:-the intellectual potential of students increases linearly during the four stages of study at a higher educational institution, while personal change does not change linearly in a quadratic functional form, that is, there is a certain decrease in the end of the training; -higher average levels of intellectual resources are characterized by lower rates of growth during the study, and lower values of the intellectual resource at the beginning of the research associated with higher rate Product Description popup.authors Zyev Igor O.
