The need to create an effective information security system is conditioned by the globalization of world information processes, an increase in the weight of the information component in all, without exception, spheres of the state's activity and, as a result, an avalanche of heterogeneous information threats and an increase in their complexity. Today, "SemanticForce", "YouScan", "InfoStream" and others are one of the main business enterprises that are engaged in research on analyzing informational materials on the Internet. The software products developed by them are ineffective and have limited application in the light of the requirements of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Therefore, based on the analysis of methods and algorithms that describe the process of monitoring cyberspace in order to identify sources of information influence, a demo version of specialized software for tracking and visualizing the dynamics of dissemination of information messages according to the Internet is developed in accordance with the competence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces Of Ukraine.
