A research object is technological processes of textile industry
An aim of work is an improvement of technological processes of textile industry taking into account nonlinear descriptions of deformation of material, friction properties in the zone of contact of filament with directing at determination of pull
Research methods are methods of integral and differential calculation, theoretical mechanics, theory of mechanisms and machines, resistance of materials, planning of experiment and statistical treatment of results of researches
The results of НДР are are mathematical and programmatic components of САПР of directing filament of machines of light industry. A scientific novelty of НДР is the first got system of differential equalizations, integration of that allowed to get expression for determination of pull of filament at her co-operating with directing of small curvature taking into account nonlinear dependence of force and coefficient of friction. Recommendations in relation to drawing on the results of work - during optimization of geometrical sizes of directing a filament built on working organs of technological equipment, at the improvement of the system of directing a filament of technological equipment
Industry of application is Knitting, textile industry. Meaningfulness of work and conclusions are optimization of geometrical sizes of directing a filament built on and working organs of technological equipment allowed to economize to 20% raw material on their making; the improved system of directing a filament is on the winding machine of M-150-2, that allowed to decrease the pull of filament at the resilient to the system priming on 15-30%; improved technological processes of knitting of knittings linens of suprima, interlok teased, kulirka, a viscose is coloured from cotton and paula aethereal raw material on the round knittings machines of type Relanit 3.2 II of company "Mayer & Cie GmbH & Co KG" taking into account nonlinear descriptions of d
