Practical actualization of the motivation concept of marketing management determines the behavior of staff and contact audiences of a telecommunication company and allows increasing the effectiveness of internal and external communication channels to receive new ideas regarding the improvement of quality or functionality of telecommunication suggestions under the conditions limited resources. The proposed model of organizational interaction between the components of a telecommunication company internal environment makes it possible to reveal the main causes of negative synergetic effect at all hierarchical levels depending on the active impact of individual, socio-psychological, organizational and cultural factors.
