Two cell lines, 4BL mesenchymal stem cells and E-8 germinal cells of embryonic origin were obtained by the authors of the project, and the line of A-102 skin fibroblasts was courtesy given by Professor McCormick, USA. Cryopreserved aliquots of cellular materials and CFCCM have been prepared for experiments and prolonged storage. The technology of obtaining soft gel mixtures with the inclusion of cellular components or their derivatives and the method of formation of burns of degree IIIb using experimental animals (mice and rats) have been developed. In the study of the therapeutic effect of the studied drugs found that statistically significant accelerated healing of burn wounds in mice was observed with the use of gel mixtures with the inclusion of cells 4BL and A102. The most effective among the studied CFCCM was a drug based on the culture medium, conditioned by 4BL cells.
