The results of the research work are a monograph entitled "Ensuring the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person at the stage of pre-trial investigation", which contains scientifically substantiated conclusions and proposals on improving the legislation and regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on ensuring the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the individual at stages of pre-trial investigation in Ukraine, determination of the mechanism of ensuring the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person at the stage of pre-trial investigation.
