Description

 The object of the study is the social relations that arise in the application of investigators during pre-trial investigation of the rules of international legal standards for the protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the person, ECtHR practices on these issues in the context of the new criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine. the basis of the research is a system of philosophical, general scientific and special methods that provide objective and reliable results, in particular: statistical analysis, content analysis analysis, logical and comparative analysis. The results of the research work are a monograph entitled "Ensuring the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person at the stage of pre-trial investigation", which contains scientifically substantiated conclusions and proposals on improving the legislation and regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on ensuring the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the individual at stages of pre-trial investigation in Ukraine, determination of the mechanism of ensuring the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person at the stage of pre-trial investigation. The obtained practical results are of considerable scientific, theoretical and practical interest.
