 The urgency is due to the fact that the current state of development of information and communication technology of vehicle traffic (TK) allows in operating conditions to ensure the solution of the tasks of informatization of work processes due to the rapid development of both information resources and means of communication and information capabilities of the vehicles themselves. The basis of information tasks of the operation of transport is the practical implementation of the synergistic integration of computer resources of all road users in a single information space of the Internet - from a separate vehicle to the corporate level of the transport organization.
