The object of research is the customs regulation of export-import activity.
The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of customs regulation of export-import activities of territorial bodies of SFS.
The purpose of the work is to develop theoretical provisions and develop methodological support for improving the customs regulation of export-import activities of the territorial bodies of the SFS.
Research methods are logical generalization, method of comparative analysis, system and statistical analysis, logical and historical approaches, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction; comparative analysis; regression and trend analysis, classification-analytical.
Objectives of the study are to consider the theoretical foundations and principles of the construction of a customs business, customs regulation and tax competition from the point of view of the strategic aspect; to determine the relationship between the principles of customs and tax legislation and the problematic aspects of the relationship of customs regulation and currency control; To estimate factors of efficiency of administration of customs payments; to analyze the customs regulation of Ukraine in the conditions of international cooperation; consider vocational education and research in the field of state customs; to form the mechanism of formation and implementation of the customs policy of the state; to define the customs policy as a factor promoting the development of innovation activity of small and medium enterprises; to consider the development of the customs activities of the world according to the conditions of the world customs community.
