 The work is devoted to the study of the process of supply of iron ore from the Mining and Processing Plant to the Transport terminal of the seaport. The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of the organization of the transportation of iron ore from the Mining and Processing Plant to the Transport terminal on the required wagon fleet and the capacity of the infrastructure to provide them. In the course of the analysis, the conditions of carriage were compared with the existing organization of carriages, as well as with the direct shipment routing of empty carriages from station X serving Transport terminal to the Mining and Processing Plant and the organization of movement of trains between stations X and C serving the Mining and Processing Plant on a schedule
