Object of research - Promising technological processes of manufacture of products of mechanical engineering. Subject of research - new methods of processing, system maintenance of technological processes and technological equipment. The purpose of the work is the creation of innovative technological systems and processes for reconfigurable productions. Novelty: A critical analysis of the current state of technological systems and processes has been carried out to provide multidimensional small-scale, competitive production. The state and new concepts of reconfigured production for the provision of multi-choice small-scale, competitive production are analyzed. The analysis of modern developments in the field of precision machining geometrically complex surfaces of large-sized parts is carried out. A critical analysis of the current state of technological methods of strengthening the working surfaces of parts with the formation of a discrete structure for ensuring the quality of multi-choice small-scale, competitive production is presented. The state of modern technological systems and processes of surface hardening for the purpose of providing multicomponent small-scale competitive production is analyzed. Efficiency: New directions of formation of reconfigured structure of sections of machine assembly workshops on the basis of mobile robot machines are shown. The new ways of reconstruction of machine-assembly shop of machine-building enterprise and development of innovative technological processes and technological equipment are presented. improvement of the quality indicators of working surfaces of machine parts on the basis of the integrated application of energy-saving combined energy sources for expanding the possibilities of forming the products of mechanical engineering and affecting their physical and mechanical properties.
