The object of the research is the cash management process of BLACK SI PARTNERS LLC, which specializes in leasing and operating own or leased real estate.
The paper considers the main tasks and sources of information on cash flow management. The financial condition of BLACK SI PARTNERS LLC is analyzed. The peculiarities of formation of cash flows of the enterprise, ways of optimization of cash flows of the enterprise are revealed.
The complex of anti-crisis measures on management of cash flows of the enterprise is offered.
