Object of research: The object of research is energy-efficient processes of mechanical processing on heavy and unique machines, developed on the basis of multicriteria optimization of parameters of technological systems. Objective: to study the influence of processing regimes and properties of elements of technological systems on energy-consuming and their optimal choice in terms of minimization. of these costs. Research methods: Analysis of conditions of production and features of operation of mechatronic machine tools in the manufacture of parts at heavy machinery enterprises (NKMZ, OJSC KZVB, OJSC SKMZ, OJSC EMSS). Theoretical and practical results: The effect of volume strengthening of a carbide cutting tool with impulse magnetic field processing is established. Novelty: It was found that during the preliminary treatment of materials by hard alloy cutting tools, which are strengthened by OIMP, there is a multiple tool development with several degrees of deceleration and acceleration of wear process, which substantiates the increase of strength and wear resistance of carbide cutting tools, which are strengthened by OIMP. Efficiency of implementation: The study of the degree of influence of various parameters of the carrier system on the accuracy of the processing showed that automatic control will most effectively improve the accuracy of the processing. Field of application: Production of metal-working machinery.
