The subject of theoretical and applied research was the humanitarian and professional training of food industry professionals.
The purpose of the study is to identify the contradictions between the level of training of food industry specialists in universities and the requirements of a competitive young food industry specialist, because a modern specialist must have a basic level of proficiency in a professional language not only for mastering the material of sectoral disciplines, but also for teaching them the basics work and maintenance of business documentation, which is actualized in professional communication.
At the present stage, the question of dissatisfaction of a certain part of employers with the quality of professional training of specialists arises. In view of this, the content field of the study selected aspects of establishing an effective educational dialogue with the sphere of employer services and requirements that the employer puts before a young specialist.
Much attention was focused on understanding the humanitarian and professional training of future specialists, in particular, on the issues of communication skills, ability to respond quickly, think ahead, and be able to speak in public if necessary.
