 The subject of the research is the processes of training and education of future specialists in order to develop specific knowledge for the preparation of harmoniously and comprehensively developed personalities. For this purpose fundamental pedagogical and scientifically substantiated, methodologically supported educational measures are carried out. All necessary measures are involved. The purpose of the research topic is content and discursive study of the problem, obtaining concrete practical results. The results of the research were directly integrated into the current activities of the team that worked on the topic of the research. Also, achievements in this work have a qualitative effect for further relevant works, scientific research, development of teaching methodology of the scientific and pedagogical composition of the department. The importance of such a study has been proven by evidence of theory and practice of life application. We are confronted with the need for this research every school year, every working day. The interrelation of theory and practice, comprehensive study of the history of Ukraine, the history of Ukrainian and world culture, a harmonious combination of various humanities and socio-humanities, cultural studies, conducting within the theme of comparative research and research in different directions - all of these are urgent necessities. , many problems of the subject of scientific studies.
