Description
The social system is a certain integrity, consisting of interdependent parts, each of which contributes to the characteristics of the whole, its structure is a complex of stable relationships between the main elements of the system (branches of state power, institutions of public administration and external to them) environment), usually formalized in legislation, tax code, and other legal documents.
As a result of research on this topic, the following results were obtained.
for the first time
- defined a new concept of social development that combines socio-ecological-economic (sustainable) and political, ideological, moral trends into a single system - the social;
- the basic principles of the social system were developed taking into account the ecological components: orderliness; divisibility; structured (the ability to select parts); purposefulness (no system exists for no purpose); connectedness; modularity; the principle of hierarchy; functionality; development; uncertainty;
- the theoretical basis of the systematic representation of social systems has been developed taking into account the ecological component in the new market conditions;
- Theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of strategies for managing social systems that influence
- the level of "social development of the organization", should be carried out by the organization independently,
- at the level of the country (district), aimed at the development of social infrastructure facilities, jointly with other enterprises, communities and institutions with the support of local authorities.
