Improved reliability and durability of machine parts and structures

Complex researches on the development of bronze coatings applied by gas-plasma method on the working surfaces of piston rings of engine cylinders were performed. These coatings are a reliable method of improving the durability of abrasive wear parts along with the corrosive effects of the environment, and can be recommended for practical use.
A method of substantially improving the technological plasticity of cold-rolled 08kp cold-rolled thin-sheet steel was developed by influencing a thin sheet of epilam on the finished sheet. Surfacing significantly improved the deformability of cold-rolled sheet metal workpieces, and increased the stamping category from VG (very deep drawing) to WOSW (very difficult drawing). To date, there has been no way to improve the technological plasticity of an already finished sheet, if the requirements of the consumer have been violated or there is a need for a more complex hood, and even more so a method of achievement in steel 08kp of the WWTP category.
