The study found that the tested compounds of calix [4] arena C-145, when screened for colon and gastric cancer cells, showed an anti-proliferative effect and revealed a population redistribution in Colo 205 cells, which indicated an increase in the clastin fraction fraction; AGS gastric cancer cells did not change their morphological parameters; the nuclear cytoplasmic ratio remained flat in control without the addition of calix [4] arenas.
