Description

A thorough analysis of the modes of operation of the electrical network with isolated and compensated neutral for the occurrence of single-phase earth fault and double earth fault is carried out. The peculiarities of distribution in such networks of currents of zero sequence and the nature of change of voltage of zero sequence under such modes are revealed. Algorithms of relay protection against these modes are formed.
