The method of analysis of the influence of thickening, rolling, mandreling, compression on the characteristics of local SSS airframe structural elements in the area of functional holes, taking into account the load history. The influence of thickening value, holes shape, location holes relative to each other, rolling, mandreling and barrier reduction airframe structural elements in the areas of functional holes on the characteristics of the local SSS. Tooling methods influence investigation on fatigue life-time have shown that the developed structural and technological tooling methods of the airframe structural elements allow to increase its assigned life-time characteristics in 1.3 - 6.3 times.
