The purpose of the work – is to investigate the methods and techniques for establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for specific job categories to implement a flexible award system. Research Methods – Review of literature, scientific publications and dissertations on research topics, analysis, synthesis, comparison, modeling. As a result of the research, literary sources, including recent scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, have been analyzed, concerning modern methods and techniques that exist to stimulate labor productivity, responsibility for the work performed, striving for improvement of their professional qualities, etc. The analysis of foreign grading techniques is carried out, formation of KPI, systems of balanced indices, etc. and diagnostics of their adaptation at the domestic enterprises which are subject to the Ukrainian labor legislation. The direct correlation between the goals of the enterprise and the key performance indicators has been determined both to achieve such goals and to achieve the performance indicators of the results of the work of the enterprise staff. The basic methodological approach to the formation of KPI indicators for the labor collective of the domestic enterprise providing services is developed. The R&D results can be used in scientific research, in the practice of implementing a flexible system of bonuses for positions in a domestic enterprise providing services (servicing, leasing of property and territories, ongoing repair of equipment, security, information systems services, programming, management, etc.).
