Helmert transformation parameters between ETRF, USC-2000, SC-42, and SC-63 coordinates systems were determined at the points of geodetic networks of the 1st class of Carpathians and Volyn’ regions and their accuracy was evaluated based on the results of GNSS measurements. The method of optimal determination of the surface of quasigeoid for the Carpathians and Volyn’ areas based on the results of GNSS measurements on the benchmarks of the State Height Network of the 1st and 2nd class is developed.
