For this purpose, using bioinformatics online resources, in the 3'-untranslated regions of suppressor genes involved in the processes of carcinogenesis, the target sites for miRNAs were identified and the expression of the most promising ones was verified. Studies have shown that in kidney tumors, miR-30c-5p and miR-138-1 mRNA levels are reduced 6-7 times compared to normal tissues and 6-9 times in the blood plasma of patients, as opposed to healthy donors.
