Proposed to develop a mathematical tools for studying of the qualitative behavior of dynamic systems which simulated by boundary-value problems for evolution equations with bounded and unbounded operator coefficients with constant and variable operators. Development of new iterative and numerical-analytical methods for constructing solutions of the corresponding equations is proposed. Obtaining the conditions for the existence of bounded, periodic, and almost periodic solutions of evolutionary levels, the linearized part of which is normally resolvable operator. The proposed methods can be applied in biology, physics, chemistry and other fields. The mathematical modeling of kinetic processes used in biological problems will be developed. The corresponding dynamical systems can be represented as boundary value problems for evolution equations in the Hilbert, Banach, and Frechet spaces, operator-differential, functional, integro- differential, and differential equations. The boundary conditions of such problems can be chosen from a sufficiently wide class, including multi point problems, boundary value problems with conditions at infinity. In practical applications, problems for finding bifurcation conditions and branching solutions are relevant and should be developed. Therefore, in the work it will be plan to develop an appropriate mathematical device for their receipt. Proposing to improve the existing and create a new mathematical device for studying corresponding boundary value problems for evolution equations.
