The purpose of the work is to develop a prototype of an automated module for financial monitoring of the activities of economic agents to reduce the risk of legalization of funds obtained illegally or terrorist financing, which will provide information integration of the entities of primary monitoring and subjects of public financial monitoring. Research methods - dialectical method of cognition, systematic approach, method of economic and statistical analysis, comparative method, fundamental provisions of modern economic theories, methods of intellectual analysis: cluster method, neural networks; principal component method, correlation analysis, bifurcation analysis, business process modeling methods, database construction methods, methods of program algorithms description. The report conducted an intellectual and bifurcation analysis of the risks of financial institutions' involvement in the fight against the legalization of criminal proceeds and assessed the risk of using financial intermediaries to legalize criminal proceeds based on neural networks. The prototype of the financial monitoring information system has been developed, namely: business models of automated financial monitoring processes of the entities of the primary monitoring; architecture and structure of the integrated database of automated financial monitoring; algorithms and prototype interfaces of the automated financial monitoring module. The methodological basis for reforming the national financial monitoring system has been formed.
