This protein has been shown to belong to a family of partially unstructured elongated proteins. The state of aggregation of the eEF1Bb * eEF1Bg complex and the spatial shape of this complex, as well as the areas of interaction of the eEF1Ba subunit with the eEF1Bg subunit in such complex, were studied. The structural regions of the N-terminal fragment of the eEF1Ba molecule that are involved in the formation of the eEF1Bag complex were first identified.
