The purpose of the research is to develop ways of improving financial management of enterprise in the conditions of territorial communities’ consolidation on the basis of theoretical, methodological, organizational and legal bases’ syntesis and evaluation of practical aspects of the investigated problems.
The subject and the object of the research. The object of the study is financial and economic activity of the industrial enterprise called LLC "UKRTORGTARA".
In the research general scientific and special methods of studying economic phenomena are used: analysis, induction, deduction, comparison, graphical, factor analysis, calculation and analytical method, horizontal analysis, vertical analysis.
The scientific and methodological approach to the management of a manufacturing enterprise’s financial and market components of business activity is proposed in order to increase the level of business activity due to financial stabilization of measures and providing a synergetic effect from the results of economic activity of enterprises that are part of the united territorial communities.
The optimization measures proposed in the work made it possible to increase the profit of LLC "UKRTORGTARA" in 2019 by UAH 2557 thousand.
