 Object of the study: 62 patients (50 men and 12 women) were examined. The mean age of patients was 61.34 years (61.1 ± 6.9) years in men, (62.2 ± 7.7 years) in women. Patients with preserved left ventricular systolic function (mean PV in men - (52.9 ± 12.6)%, women - (59.0 ± 11.0)% and with minor arrhythmia symptoms (ENRA in the men group - ( 1.99 ± 1.32 points, in the women group - (1.5 ± 0.52) points. The relatively low risk of thromboembolic complications on the CHA2DS2-VAS scale is as women - (2.92 ± 0.86) points. , and men - (1.67 ± 1.0) points. The significant difference between men and women is more than 1 point, since the female gender already adds one point, and it indicates that there is more concomitant pathology in the group of women. The aim of the study was to evaluate the long-term effectiveness of radiofrequency catheter ablation of coffee-tricuspid isthmus (RFA KTI) and to study the predictors of recurrence of atrial flutter after ablation. Results of the research. At the time of the survey, the efficacy after the first RFA KTI procedure was 93.5%. A recurrence of atrial flutter after the first RFI of KTI was found in 16.5%. All procedures were repeated. Efficiency after repeated procedure - 100%. A retrospective analysis of the first procedures in patients with relapsing TP revealed a relatively short final St - A interval at the point after the ablation line, indicating a possible partial block of KTI. It was not the achievement of an appropriate slowdown in CTI that was predictive of recurrence of isthmus-dependent atrial tremor.
