The effectiveness of the proposed methods is theoretically substantiated, which is to influence the magnitude of the energy component. The effect of ozone air flow on friction has been quantified. The concept of adaptive control of energy consumption for self-ventilation of the brake disk has been developed, taking into account the geometrical parameters of the air paths; dependences of self-ventilation energy management in different modes of motion are obtained. The complex of laboratory equipment (stand of research of influence of local cooling of model tribocontact "disk lining" and stand "Machine of friction") is improved, the methods of carrying out tests are developed, the parameters of control of brake friction contact are grounded by the results of the conducted experiments.
