The purpose of the work is to develop technologies for manufacturing spherical powders with a given particle size distribution for 3D printing and alternative technologies for the production of complex metal parts and reinforced composites with metal and ceramic matrix for components of civil and special machinery, which are operated under extreme conditions for an hour.
Requirements for starting material, operations of preparation of powders before melting in plasma and preservation of chemical composition and physical and technological properties of spherical powders until the time of compacting by 3D printing technology have been developed.
The module of processing of granules of powders under the action of high-frequency induction plasma is mounted and installed on the experimental-industrial site (Appendices) for the production of powders of spherical shape with a given particle size composition for 3D printing and alternative technologies.
