Popov, Доктор хімічних наук Registration Date 21-01-2020 Organization The L.M.Litvinenko Institute of Physical-Organic Chemistry and Coal Chemistry popup.description2 Objects of study are supramolecular systems based on new triazoles and pyrimidine-containing amphiphiles, individual surfactant solutions, binary amphiphil / polymer systems, ionic liquids obtained from pyridinium cations, imidazolium, choline and various alkyl chains. The purpose of the work is to manage the reactivity of amphiphiles and to create triazole-containing amphiphilic building blocks that provide the ability to biodegrade, be corrosion inhibitors, etc. Research methods - UV-, IR-, NMR-, potentiometry, dynamic light scattering, tensiometry, transmission electron microscopy, kinetic bioluminescence, elemental analysis, general techniques of synthetic and preparative chemistry. A comprehensive study and analysis of supramolecular systems based on novel triazole- and pyrimidine-containing amphiphiles having a OH group structure and a hydrophilic polymer (polyethyleneimine) are presented. It has been found that their solubilizing ability can be increased by moving from individual surfactant solutions to the amphiphil / polymer binary system. A number of ionic liquids (IL) derived from L-phenylalanine have been studied based on pyridinium, imidazolium and choline with variable alkyl chain cations for their toxicological screening using the natural fluorescent marine bacteria Vibrio fischeri.
