The purpose of the work is formation of requirements for technological services for manage and support of the information infrastructure of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The methods of research for solving the problems are methods of system analysis, theory of the systems, modeling, synthesis, generalization and classification, system management, principles of information and telecommunication systems construction and others. The main results of research work implementation are the analysis of technological conditions for ensuring the functioning of the information infrastructure has been carried out; requirements for technological services of management and support of information infrastructure are defined; the list of functions and tasks of the information infrastructure management and technological support service is defined; recommendations for the organization of management and technological support of information infrastructure have been developed. The results of the research can be used as a draft methodological recommendations on the organization of the management and technological support service of the information infrastructure of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
