A general examination of patients, ultrasound, electrocardiography, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, real-time polymerase chain reaction was carried out. It has been proven that ticagrelor and clopidogrel have not shown benefits in restoring myocardial blood flow after STEMI. With prolonged administration (more than 6 months), ticagrelor comparing with clopidogrel significantly reduced the frequency of adverse cardiovascular events (from 31.6% to 14.2%, p = 0.004). The high sST2 level determined in the first hours of STEMI (> 34.2 ng/ml) with a sensitivity of 92.3% and a specificity of 62.5% predicted an adverse course of revascularization of a infarct-related coronary artery (blood flow level on a TIMI scale of 0-2) (p = 0.0001). The MIF level of more than 3663 ng/ml in the first hours of STEMI may be a predictor of myocardial perfusion disturbance (MBG 0-1, pST <70%) after successful PCI (AUC = 0.737; 95% CI 0.584-0.857; p = 0.0023).
