In particular, it is substantiated that in practical terms, the goals of low-carbon development policy in Ukraine should be: ensuring the integration of environmental policy into the decision-making process regarding the socio-economic development of Ukraine; reduction of environmental risks in order to minimize their impact on ecosystems, socio-economic development and public health; formation of environmental values ??in society; ensuring sustainable development of the natural resource potential of Ukraine; improvement and development of the state system of environmental management.
