The study of legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine has been carried out, the provisions of Commission Directive 2008/43 / EC of 4 April 2008 concerning the establishment, in accordance with Council Directive 93/15 / EEC, of ??a system for the identification and tracking of explosives of civil use and Commission Directive 2012/4 / EU of 22 February 2012 amending Directive 2008/43 / EC, Technical regulation of industrial explosives.To fully cover the provisions of EU legislation set out in Directive 2008/43 / EC, there is a need for implementation to the legislation of Ukraine of the provisions of this document in order to provide economic entities with legal bases for the introduction of a unified system for unique identification and tracking of industrial industrial VMs, which will allow identifying and tracking industrial industrial VMs at the stages of production, commissioning, delivery to the user (consumer), use and establish the origin of the lost VM. Based on the results of the work, a draft order of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine "On approval of the Requirements for the system of identification and tracking of industrial explosive materials" was developed. Guidelines for the application of the Technical Regulation for Industrial Explosives have been developed in order to ensure consistent use of its provisions by all interested parties.
