The object of study is the process of elaboration of the Strategic Defense Bulletin based on the results of the defense review. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the results of the defense review of the structure and content of the Strategic Defense Bulletin. The study was conducted using methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization. The main results of the work are: developed a functional and logical model of the formation of the Strategic Defense Bulletin on the basis of defense review procedures and taking into account the experience of NATO member states; approaches to shaping the structure and content of the Strategic Defense Bulletin, taking into account the experience of NATO Member States in conducting defense reviews; proposals on the structure and content of the Strategic Defense Bulletin on the basis of a functional-logical model of its formation; draft Guidelines for the drafting of the Strategic Defense Bulletin based on the results of the Defense Review.5481
