The methodology is intended for employees of state specialized institutions engaged in expert activities based on the Law of Ukraine "On Forensic Expertise". The methodology determines the sequence of actions of an expert in resolving issues related to the child's ability to correctly perceive legally significant circumstances and give appropriate evidence about them. This work is based on the provisions of scientific psychology and on the modern practice of forensic psychological examination and is recommended for use in criminal examinations involving a child in the procedural status of a witness, a victim, less often an accused.
