Modification of the compounds of the leaders of the triazolo-thiadiazine and imidazo-thiazine derivatives was carried out. According to QSAR, the predicted effective dose ranges are determined (from 11.48 mg / kg to 26.64 mg / kg and from 2.17 mg / kg to 2.84 mg / kg, respectively). Molecular docking of the investigated compounds in COX-2 was performed, negative binding energies were calculated, amino acid environment of the ligands was investigated at COX-2 sites. The pain and anti-inflammatory effects of the synthesized compounds were experimentally determined.
