The method of mass screening of the most dangerous diseases of the heart and blood vessels with the increased specificity and accuracy of diagnosis, the method of complex assessment of human health based on combined ECG and pulse diagnostics, including in field conditions, and instruction for medical application have been created. The ECG-photometric complex was tested for conforming with the requirements of the technical regulation for medical devices and the verification of 5 devices were carried out in the State Enterprise "Ukrtestmetstandart". 5 samples of devices, design and exploitation documentation have been improved, according to the test results. Statistical analysis of the relationship of ECG amplitude-time indicators was performed and the relationship of HRV indicators with the socio-demographic indicators of the regions of Khmelnitsky region was analyzed according to mass screening materials. The device was tested at Kyiv City Clinical Hospital N 5, the Scientific and Practical Center for Preventive and Clinical Medicine of the State Affairs Administration (Kyiv), computer program to detect ventricular fibrillation was created, laboratory stand for contour analysis of pulse waves was developed. 1 monograph, 9 articles, 4 of them in professional publications, 4 patent applications filed and 4 conference reports were published.
