The unions of algorithms (portfolios and teams) for paralleling optimization process for the problem about maximal graph cut, including with help of RESTART-distributions, have been created. The corresponding programm software has been developed and tested, and its efficiency has been investigated. The well-posedness quality characteristics of optimization vector problems with different optimality principle under conditions of possible perturbations for inicial data have been received. The new two-criterea model for the problem of distribution of inside resourses between concurental two-product evolution systems has been created. The new algorithms for solving of convex problems for lexicographic optimization have been developed and supported. The iteration methods of calculating of weighted normal pseudo-solutions with positive-determinated and degenerate weight matrices have been created and investigated. The new mathematical models for identification of parameters for thermal conductivity problems have been created. The discrete analogs for methods of finite elements for corresponding models have been developed and investigated. The specificity of soft ware model Map Reduce for recognition of text information in big data has been investigated. Based on it, the Bernul version of Boies procedure of machine learning has been developed. The optimal immunity symmetrical and dis symmetrical genetic codes regarding disturbance of polarization of aminoacids at point mutationg in codons have been created.
