For the first time information technology of designing, optimization and application of GIS-integrated systems of databases and models (GIS BDM) of processes in complex systems with automated choice of accessible and sufficient input data, selection and optimization of topological observability of models, JSON-formalization of substation exchange synthesizing Python code based on the TensorFlow library to perform calculations on these models and data with outputting GIS maps and controlling the adequacy of this model code m by comparing specific pentahromatychnoho graph graph model and operations in TensorFlow JSON-like format that allows you to increase the speed and efficiency of the design and optimization of integrated GIS databases and models processes in complex systems and the adequacy and accuracy of these models. The results of the work were implemented in all regions of Ukraine and abroad.
