The purpose of the GDR is to improve the algorithm for providing medical and social assistance to participants in military operations with psychotic disorders, based on determining the structure and clinical features of these disorders. The peculiarities of the correlation of psychotic manifestations with comorbid disorders and comorbid conditions in this category of patients are investigated. The patients included in the study were divided into 2 typological groups with diagnoses: schizophrenia F20 and Acute and transient psychotic disorders F23. The peculiarities of clinical symptomatic course were identified and analyzed, and comorbidity with other psychiatric disorders, PTSD in particular, was investigated.
