The object of study - psychotic mental disorders in combatants. The purpose of the GDR is to improve the algorithm for providing medical and social assistance to participants in military operations with psychotic disorders, based on determining the structure and clinical features of these disorders. Methods of research: anamnestic, socio-demographic, pathopsychological, clinical and psychopathological, clinical and phenomenological, follow-up, sociological, method of expert analysis, information and analytical; epidemiological; method of expert study of case files and medical records; statistical methods. The results obtained and their novelty In the second stage of the research, the analysis of the mental health status of the soldiers receiving inpatient care at TM Psychiatry was carried out. A total of 64 thematic patients were studied. Their clinical-anamnestic, socio-demographic and clinical-psychopathological features were studied. In the process of performing scientific work, the structure, features of formation, manifestation, clinical and psychopathological manifestations and the course of psychotic disorders in the participants of military operations are determined. The peculiarities of the correlation of psychotic manifestations with comorbid disorders and comorbid conditions in this category of patients are investigated. The patients included in the study were divided into 2 typological groups with diagnoses: schizophrenia F20 and Acute and transient psychotic disorders F23. The peculiarities of clinical symptomatic course were identified and analyzed, and comorbidity with other psychiatric disorders, PTSD in particular, was investigated. Within the scope of the research topic, a curriculum for the cycle of internships of military psychologists "Topical issues of military psychology and psychiatry" was developed. Under this program, department staff conducted training seminars for military personnel and military psychologists.5481
