An expert system has been developed for early diagnosis and prognosis, the principles of rehabilitation therapy and medical-psychology correction of mental desadaptation states were based on the determination of pathogenetic mechanisms of their formation. The relevance of pathopersonological features and disorders of the affective-emotional and motivational spheres in the development of states of mental desladaptation were established. Highlighted of the clinical and diagnostic criteria for the formation and course of states of mental desadaptation, had developed an original system for early diagnosis and prediction of the risk of non-psychotic forms of mental disorders at the prenosological level.
