Object of study - non-infectious diseases, dysbiosis, non-specific resistance, antidysbiotic prophylaxis. The purpose of the work is to develop antidysbiotic methods for the prevention of non-infectious diseases of different genesis (periodontitis, gastritis, gastroduodenitis, peroxide intoxication, iatrogenic maxillary sinusitis, hepatobiliary pathology). Research methods are experimental, clinical, biochemical, immunological, electron microscopic and statistical. Equipment - UV mini-1240 Shimadzu spectrophotometer, EV-74 ionomer, Scales electronic BL-220H, PC-6 centrifuge. Scientific novelty: 1) The universality of the development of dysbiosis in any non-infectious diseases realized due to the influence of lipopolysaccharide on the activity of tissue lysozyme has been established. The studies carried out supplemented the previously obtained information on the leading role of decreased antimicrobial function of the liver in the pathogenesis of generalized and local dysbiosis. The concept of a new nosological form "dysbiotic syndrome" is substantiated. 2) The pathogenetic role of multifunctional antidysbiosis agents, including the first developed ones, in the prevention of non- infectious diseases, including dental ones, is shown. Clinical studies have established the effectiveness of dental prophylaxis with the help of the gel "Lekvin" in patients with gastroduodenitis and hepatobiliary pathology, as well as the drug "Lysozyme-forte" in patients with gastritis and gastroduodenitis. 3) Clinical and statistical analysis of indicators of general immunity of patients with various forms of iatrogenic maxillary sinusitis was performed. Practical value: The expediency of using the method of determination of urease activity for the evaluation of microbial contamination of organs and tissues, the method of studying the activity of lysozyme for determining the degree of reduction of the level of nonspecific immune system, the method of studying the activity of elastase for the assessment of the severity of the inflammatory process.
