The purpose of the work is the development and testing of an experimental sample of a highly efficient permanent drive control system with permanent magnet electric motors for military hybrid vehicles. A control system for permanent magnet traction motors and a motor-wheel drive has been developed, in which the power transistor converter is made on IGBT-modified modules with improved characteristics, which are now widely used in semiconductor devices of modern military equipment. Using these modules allows you to reduce the size and weight of the converter, simplify the cooling system, increase the efficiency and reliability of the semiconductor converter and the drive as a whole, given the harsh operating conditions. The use of such a system in hybrid power systems with an electromechanical transmission provides enhanced tactical, technical and combat characteristics of military vehicles, their reliability and survivability, increased power reserve, and the ability to move without thermal radiation and noise. In the course of the project, parameters were calculated and functional, structural and circuit diagrams of the power converter and microprocessor control system for the specified military vehicles (SМV) were developed. Software has been developed for controlling the converter and the hybrid power supply system. Design documentation was developed for a liquid-cooled power semiconductor converter and a microprocessor control system for promising domestic SМV. An experimental model of a semiconductor converter and a microprocessor control system has been manufactured. Bench tests of the manufactured model of the electric drive control system were carried out in various operating modes, including at maximum load, which corresponds to the actual operating conditions. According to the test results, the parameters of individual elements were clarified and the design documentation was finalized. As a result of the tests, it was found that the technical characteristics of the controller with a microprocessor control system satisfy the requirements of the technical specifications. The created semiconductor controller on IGBT modified modules with a microprocessor control system can be used to control permanent magnet motors and motor wheels with a rated power of 40-50 kW, maximum - 100 kW. The developed control system for an electric drive with permanent magnet valve motors has been proposed for use in an electric drive of a promising armored personnel carrier, which is being developed by the Morozov KMDB.5481 Product Description popup.authors Бойко П.С.
