The analysis of the data, which is a key factor for better understanding of the domain, made it possible to identify the main characteristics of the data set. The main ways in which the imputed data will be validate, which are necessary to improve the results, are described. Existing medical data imputation algorithms have been developed and modified, which take into account the specifics of the field and allows to obtain more accurate and much better imputation of missing data. The study contains a practical aspect that should be use to insert missing data into patients' medical records. A conceptual scheme of the system is proposed and new approaches are proposed for the consolidation and analysis of patients' data, their prognosis.
